For some reason, even though I'd read through the rubbish (but totally accurate) reviews, I foolishly thought that I wouldn't encounter any problems. Jesus wept, was I wrong. We bought a brushed brass shower enclosure. It came with chrome support arms, not brass. Photos and screenshots were sent over to Bathshack customer service support (🤡) but after a lot of back and forth the bottom line was, "Yeah, that's just the way it comes." Absolute poison. Avoid.
Terrible Business - Purchase from them at your own risk!! I bought a number of items from Bathshack and herd nothing from them for 3 weeks. I had to ring 5 times just to get them to deliver my items which was 5 weeks later. When I received the delivery one of the items was missing. I rang and they said they wouldn't know when they could get it delivered as they were busy. I started to unpack the items which had been delivered, first item - broken. I didn't hate it just there was no reply to my email requesting an appointment!!
