Installers were friendly and very efficient. Both bathrooms look beautiful. Great job!
We had high hopes when we signed the contract for a full bathroom remodel. We really liked our salesperson Nick. We had met with other remodelers and thought Baths R Us would be the best choice for a few reasons. The fact we were told the job would most likely take just 3 days and that they could start in 8-10 weeks. We put down half as a deposit. Let’s just say that we had to hire an attorney and leave it at that for now. I DO NOT recommend Baths R Us at all!!
Sat with Brandon B. He was our 3rd bid and we decided to go with Baths R Us. He was much more thorough and made us feel super comfortable! Looking forward to our bathroom being done!
Brandon B came out to give us an estimate for a total bathroom remodel. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I felt so comfortable with him. I am also impressed by the materials they use. I can’t wait to see what our new bathroom looks like.
