Maddy has gone above and beyond to arrange the fixtures we wanted for our bathroom renovations. She was so helpful and understanding about the look we are going for and nothing was too difficult. She has a great eye for detail and we are grateful for all of our help. We would definitely recommend this business to anyone wanting to renovate their bathroom.
After viewing the Bathrooms by Design (BBD) Lonsdale showroom and being really impressed with the products / bathrooms on display, plus the helpful information provided by Abby. The staff where brilliant from start to finish. From helping with the design at the show room to the tradies on site. All listened to what we needed and produced a quality bathroom that we wanted. Would definitely recommend to everyone
We visited a lot of bathroom shops before making our final selections, and Bathrooms by Design stood out by far. The product range was excellent, and Abby was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She helped us stay within budget by recommending where it was worth investing in quality, and where we could save a little — which gave us flexibility to upgrade in other areas. Disappointing customer service experience. I placed an order which included a toilet roll holder discussed at the time of purchase, but due to an internal oversight, it was not included. I was later informed that I would need to pay for it separately and collect it in store — despite it being part of the original agreement. To make matters worse, I was also charged for another item that was never delivered.
