Bathrooms by design ruined our renovation dream. We trusted this company to do our dream renovation of our 2 bathrooms, toilet & Laundry. They ruined that dream and now we are left with a unfinished Laundry. There Tiler did a shocking job of the laundry splashback. Justin agreed it was poor workmanship which he stated in a email to us . He gave us his word that he would remove & replace the installed tiles and fix the other issues we had with the reno. Thanks to the Bathrooms by Design team for our latest reno. From Abbey at the Lonsdale display centre to Jimmy for managing all the trades. Speaking of the tradies. Special mention to Siad the tiler for his patience and quality work. George the brickie for his outstanding work repairing our wall. All trades did an amazing job and it reflect in the finished product. We couldn’t be happier.
Terrible communication and service damaged my home and never completed the job , the owner was abusive to me when I showed him the damage to my home and was dismissive, I had paid them they owe me money for a incomplete job . Do not use this business.
I highly recommend Bathrooms by Design! Their skilled and knowledgeable team went above and beyond to assist my parents with their bathroom renovation. We’re incredibly grateful for them.
