Really disappointed with their lack of care factor. They came out to measure and give me a quote. Arranged a time for me to go down and do selections which took up about 2 hours. But I really can't understand why they just wouldn't give me the quote. Too busy maybe but if they take a month to quote, how long will it take to finish the job.
