Bathrooms by Design Clovelly Park did a fantastic job on our bathroom renovation. Jimmy provided great site management and communication, and the whole process ran incredibly smoothly. The end result is exactly what we wanted and finished with high quality. Highly recommend.
The renovation started well with a prompt and professional commencement. Unfortunately, it quickly deteriorated. After nearly two years the project remains incomplete, there has been no formal handover, and warranty defects are unresolved. Despite repeated follow-up emails and phone calls, communication has been poor and inconsistent throughout. We have had to chase every step of the way. Couldn't recommend this company more highly. Everything went exceptionally well with our renovations from the design stage to the finished product. The project overseer was excellent, keeping us informed at every stage and the work was top quality.
