Have just finished planning my new bathroom with the Clovelly team. Justin measured up efficiently. Gen went above and beyond in helping with selections, she is super knowledgable, generous with her time, and patient in working through the options. She is a gem and the service she gives is seriously12/10. Im so impressed, and very much looking forward to seeing these plans come to life
Just did our selections at Bathrooms by Design. Gen was amazing!!! Super patient with our several concepts changes and helped with great and knowledgeable advice. Highly recommend! Can’t wait for the install! Thanks guys
We found Gen to be so knowledgeable about what is possible and instinctively spot things we could change to avoid problems , like a mirror that’s too high. She was very generous with her time, helping us to control cost and clearly set out the dates for steps ahead of us. From the choosing products, the deposits and start date. Had a great experience with Bathrooms by design, Justin came in to do our measure and layout and Gen assisted us with our bathroom selection. They even accommodated our tight schedule by drawing up the plans & staying back to assist us.
Visited the Lonsdale showroom and after some discussion with them, we decided to go to The Clovevelly Park showroom (closer to home for us) for selections. Jenna was most helpful throughout the process. Changes to original selections were no problem and works started on date agrred on. Tradies were all very capable and friendly during works. Communications from Supervisor Jimmy were great and kept the job running smooth right throughout. Job now complete and we are very pleased with the outcome. Can highly recommend Bathroom... read more
