I recently visited the Bathroom X showroom in Balgowlah to get assistance in relation to some Vola hardware I had installed by another company a few years ago. Jason was incredibly helpful and prompt in providing detailed quotes and a number of alternatives to fix the problem. Fabulous products and service from end to end.
Super helpful team. I went in for a part I thought I needed for a 16yo Vola tap. The guys at Bathroom X were totally across my situation and they know their product thoroughly, turns out I just needed to adjust a tiny screw and it was working perfectly. The show room is amazing and worth a visit in its own right if you love beautiful design and presentation
