Retha's service was exceptiona!l From his prompt responses to emails through showroom inspections to post-delivery questions, he was patient, responsive and helpful. Delivery was exactly as promised with a 30 minute notice call to arrival spot on time. The product was very well packaged and protected and arrived in perfect condition with all parts. The delivery driver was polite, friendly and accommodating. Overall a pleasant and surprisingly easy process end-to-end.
