Normally purchase online but thought we’d pop into store as we were passing through this morning but totally regretted it and it’s left a bitter taste. Customer service was poor, staff do not know the etiquettes of speaking to people. Dismissive, rude, impolite and unprofessional.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m thrilled with my bathroom renovation from AG7 Renovations Ltd ! The team was professional, on time, and the results look amazing. Great quality work and excellent communication — highly recommend!
Poor customer service. Item was damaged on delivery, rude customer services. Eventually sorted it to return. Purchased another replacement which had an electrical fault and again they put up barriers and hurdles to returning it for a refund. I won't purchase anything from them ever again.
