Poor customer service. Item was damaged on delivery, rude customer services. Eventually sorted it to return. Purchased another replacement which had an electrical fault and again they put up barriers and hurdles to returning it for a refund. I won't purchase anything from them ever again.
We ordered radiators and bathroom furniture. Good value goods compared to other places we visited. Also delivery 70 miles away included. We had some concerns about quality and if goods would arrive in good condition, but we need not have worried as all good. Radiators give off excellent heat and look really good. Bathroom furniture was easy to fit and give great new look to the bathroom. Very happy customer
Avoid buying from this company, the traditional TRV valves are poorly manufactured and do not close fully.
Quick delivery, great customer service. Will use again.
