After seeing the previous reviews this will seem very repetitive. Hayley was top notch from start to finish! We wanted a new bathroom and downstairs cloakroom and Hayley came up with an amazing design for each. The 3D computer generated design plan showed us exactly what it would like before any fitting took place. The bathroom space was a bit tricky but she gave us exactly what we wanted. Amazing customer service from Hayley! She went above and beyond to source very specific replacement bathroom products under warranty (that were originally purchased from another supplier whose after sales service was less than helpful!) Hayley kept me up to date throughout and was a pleasure to deal with! Thanks so much!!
