Lovely bathroom, good quality stuff, but no phone call after completion to ask if satisfied. So not good after sales. Fitter ok but let us down badly for other jobs & is rude.
Great experience having dropped in to take a look at shower enclosures - Richard was happy to give me his time and advice even though I was looking at supply only. Price quoted on V&B tiles very competitive vs online retailers so no premium for buying through a showroom.
