Terrible, terrible company with the worst customer service I have ever experienced in over 40 years in the trade. Their ethos is to make life as difficult as possible if you have a problem, until you give up and leave them with your money and you end up with shoddy goods that don't work. I purchased sensor taps for a customer from their Ebay store and they only shipped one instead of two. BUYER BEWARE.....Bought a tap late in 2014 for my new home,Moved in at the end of April 2015., then5 weeks ago I was unable to use the tap. contacted company who stated that I had to send a video of the tap and they would sort out the issue.
