We looked around at so many bathroom places. When we looked at BRW we were greeted very warmly and they instantly saw our vision. They worked well with us to create our dream bathroom and laundry. Everything we asked for they accommodated. I love how they were upfront with all costs so we knew exactly what we were paying for and what we were getting. From the start of renovations to completion the BRW team were amazing. From showroom selections with Alecia and William everthing was seemless. Frank the project manager was in constant communication letting us know who and when they would be working in the house. All the tradies were prompt and never leaving a mess. This project was completed with minimum disruption to ourselves. I would recomend BRW for anyone considering renovating Bathroom, laundry or toilet room and enuite.

BRW transformed my laundry into an extra bathroom it was quite an big project including removing walls, tiles and reorganising plumbing. Arranged all appliances, tiles. lights electrical work and shower. The project was an excellent result with no stress or strain on my part. Frank, the supervisor, was a true professional who organised all tradies and ensured their work was done to a high standard. Great communications keeping me informed of progress and next step.
