Terrific while Sam and Elvira were in control. Not so much now. When my four year old Fantech Response exhaust grille broke, I have to pay for it and a call out fee if I want them to do it. I was getting set to get my kitchen done there but I'm gun shy now.

Hope these guys are better than when they did our bathroom renovation. Gradient to this day is almost flat and we still have damp in our walls. The owner said he would come and fix damp but No Show.
