As we are getting older, I felt it important to make the bathroom age friendly. Bathroom Pros were at a local fair and we had them come look at our bathroom. We decided to go with an entire remodel. We had non-slip flooring put in. New cabinets, sink and toilet were added. The main thing I wanted was to remove the tub and have a walk in shower installed. My husband and I are all about working with local businesses. Bathroom Pros were professional from the sales rep to the crew. They showed up on time and did the demolition and install in one day as promised.The crew cleaned up as they were working and left it as clean as when the started. I have worked with many contractors and by far, Bathroom Pros has performed the best of all of them. They were very professional, and the final product is amazing. The communication during the project was excellent. They cleaned up after themselves every day. Most important, they stand behind the work and strive to ensure customer satisfaction. They have continued to follow up post project completion to ensure all is well. I would recommend Bathroom Pros to anyone.
Kristin was very helpful, friendly, and very patient with us in picking out what we wanted. They worked around timing and did an amazing job. The workers cleaned up their work, were prompt starting and finishing the fantastic job. They were recommended by a friend of mine and I will definitely recommend them!
