I've previously had really good interactions at this store for various parts, and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Let down today by an older member of staff who was curt and unhelpful. I wanted to return a wrong size pan connector and buy a replacement but after being abruptly told they "don't take those back" and gesturing to a sign apparently somewhere on the wall, I decided to go elsewhere to order the replacement and won't be ordering anything here in the future.
I am very happy with the service I have received from the shop manager Martin today His customer service is excellent & very helpful, thank you
So Unprofessional! Seeking advice regarding BC bathroom. Manager came out telling me not to park there. He obviously didn’t realise I was a customer. He said if I don’t move now he will empty his hoover bag on my car because I had just come from a car wash and wiped my car down! Rest of other staff was standing round smoking and laughing. I can’t believe the unprofessional way they behaved. I have now ordered elsewhere and will not be returning
