I've order two vanities in the last two years from The Bathroom place. Love their contemporary designs. Delivery from Miami to rural area of Washington State has been painless and the packing has been more than I expected keeping everything safe and sound through it's long trip. Whomever they have used for the freight delivery has been seamless and as promised. Tracking numbers have their issues but a quick call to customer support resolved any confusion.
