Bathroom and Kitchen Planet supplied our bathrooms when we were in the process of commissioning our new house four years ago. A small problem had arisen recently with a seal on a shower door and the company was very helpful in getting the problem fixed. Seals were quickly supplied by Merlyn, the manufacturer, and BKP very helpfully sent a fitter to re-hang the door. That is exceptional after-sales service! Thank you.
from going into the showroom too end completion experience was nice and easy, going to designer johnstone who planned our bathroom to what we wanted and showed us the plans to make sure it was to our specification was nice and simple. Wullie the fitter was fantastic he worked non stop and kept us updated on the progress and what he would be doing next day etc, the quality of bathroom is great im a very pleased with bathroom and workmanship, only 4 stars due to box of tiles being the wrong ones to the rest which held it up sl... read more
