I don’t recommend at all
First class service- my dear plumber, Joe, suggested Bathroom and Kitchen Solutions on Bunting to purchase a Toto Ultramax 2 toilet. Being a Friday afternoon, I just assumed it would be delivered Monday at the earliest. Laurie (?) obviously put a rush on it because lo and behold , I received a call Saturday morning that it had arrived. My plumber picked it up and installed it that day. It’s been a while since I experienced that type of service and I’m grateful. Thank you!
I purchased a home and the shower in the washroom was in rough shape and needed parts. It was a brand that I was not familiar with so I did a search and this store was one of their suppliers. I went there and spoke to Sarah who gave me the contact email for the manufacturer to have them cover it under the lifetime warranty. I followed up with the manufacturer and they declined my request. Knowledge staff and great selection. Pricing very competitive with big box store like Home Depot.
This store was my go-to for all my kitchen and bathroom supplies. David and Laura are extremely knowledgeable with the products and have always been very helpful when I had questions or concerns. Now that I've moved out of the area, I miss their helpfulness, their attention to detail, and the personalized experience I enjoyed with every transaction.
