Lovely bathroom utilities and we got help arranging a delivery since it didn't seem possible over the web site. We are very pleased with the products.

Good selection of products, but staff are so rude and not very helpful. The salesman wouldn't leave his seat to see a product that I liked saying it's not available in stock. Not great service
Stellar service from Ben, the logistics manager. My bathroom renovation project could have been a total disaster, but Ben saved the day! He not only managed to rectify the a couple of mistakes from another member of the team, but also ensured I had a plan A, B and C along the way, so that things could be completed as expected. He was great and did all he could to help. Top service which is what you need during a stressful renovation project!
