I also had a bad experience with this company. The tubs were peeling instantly. Next day! In one tub, they ripped off my old handles, told me they would not reinstall them, and I had to hire a plumber to update the plumbing around the tub and install new handles because they refused to leave it how they found it. The plumber cost me $900 just to be able to use the tub after the damage BATHMAN LLC did. They ripped the old handles off and damaged them completely beyond any use. I am careful and usually reluctant to post negative reviews. However, our experience with Bathman Refinishing was terrible and I want to help other people avoid being cheated. We used this company in 2020 to refinish one tub. The job went smoothly, so we reached out for a larger job in 2025. Andy provided a written estimate and said the work would be done in one day. This is an update to my previous post below. Also beware, this company's work is so sloppy and lacks integrity that they closed their original company because of all the negative Google review posts and reopened under the same name. Contacted this company and spoke to Andrew. He was very accommodating and "service-oriented" in the beginning. He came, scoped the work and gave me a fair price. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had a small hole in our brand new bathtub from construction and Andy Kruusamae came to fix it. He refinished the bath tub without prepping it and repainted the entire thing. He had overspray all over my new tiled walls. There was sand and particles under the paint because he did a poor job at prepping the tub and then it started peeling. We have not been able to use the tub because the entire thing is peeling.
