I live in Massachusetts, and my dearest sister in Missoula has purchased beads here for me over the years. I called to order beads, and Katie went out of her way to help me. She sent me photographs of beads in email, being ever patient. I received my beads via Priority mail and am so happy with them! Thank you, Katie, for your help and gorgeous beads!

There is an absolute ANGEL who works in this store, who helped my mom today with a necklace. Blonde angel is black dress, you were SO kind and helpful and compassionate to my mom who has dimentia.
