Sauna not hot. Cold plunge not cold. Pleasantly surprised by the low crowds and general cleanliness, but $100 day pass is not worth it. Also, apparently no relationship with the bathhouse NYC, so don’t expect the same experience or quality. If it was $50 I’d say go for it, but otherwise it’s overpriced and underwhelming.
The worst spa experience we’ve ever had. The girl at the front desk was cold, rude and dismissive. My locker didn’t work so I had to go back to the front for a new one. There was no tour provided so it took me 10 minutes just to find my husband and we didn’t know where anything was, since the place is like a maze. There are no clocks so we never knew when our massage appointment was coming up. Adding a mandatory 20% service charge should be illegal when the experience is awful. Save you money and go elsewhere.
The least handicap accessible facility I've encountered (apparently only on the men's side). To get to the "social area" where the women's locker room let's out (common area with hot tub etc) there is no choice but to go up one and down another full flight of stairs. The private tub to soak in that I paid for had no rails for disabled people to utilize. I couldn't get in or out of the tub, so I just sat there for 25 minutes.
