Worst Customer Service Ever Experienced! – THE WORST groom my dog has ever received accompanied by the some of the most shocking, horrendous service I have ever been subjected to. Customer Service is NOT A PRIORITY at this facility. Bathe R Doggie is apparently incapable -- and at the very least, HIGHLY INCONSISTENT -- of the friendly service promised nor delivering the custom "anything-in-between" groomings mentioned on their website. Rude Service/Racial Discrimination? – when i first entered the door, the man at the counter did not even look up from his computer and acknowledge my presence..even when i asked how much the service costed after a while of not looking up, he just said "hold on" while he kept typing..i was left standing there for awhile alone as there were no other patrons besides me. finally after a curt, very rude explanation of the costs, i let my maltipoo loose as she was whimpering..he got angry, and retorted, that dog needs a leash! i q... read more
Unbelievable – My wife and I went into Bathe R Doggie for the first time and were instantly greeted by the most unfriendly woman. The woman proceeded to demonstrate how to use thier facility in a very demeaning/controlling manner. When we were finished I shared with the woman my feelings about how the experience was very uncomfortable and "not customer friendly" and suggested they should really try to be more friendly to customers. Horrible Experience – I just moved here from Texas and was looking for a groomer. I selected Bathe R Doggie simply because of the 7.8 assigned to it on CitySearch. I showed up with my Coton de Tulear - a long-haired dog that mats easily. The dog's fur should rarely be cut. My groomer in Texas, my breeder in Texas, my family, and I are able to brush the mats out; it just takes patience. Bathe R Doggie said that it is impossible to brush the mats out (they didn't even have the tool I use) and that they would have to cut clumps... read more
