I did not feel as if I received the most bang for my buck. There was a disconnect when measuring, our visions did not align. There were small issues that had to be resolved, more than once. Also, I did not feel respected by one of the contractors. The manager did resolve one of the issues I had, but the cost and experience gave me buyers remorse. I regret not getting more quotes.

I recently had my tub/shower replaced with this company. It is beautiful and everyone that I interacted with was so nice. The installation day was easy and they took extra care. I put in a shower with some safety grab bars. They consulted me on placement to make sure that it was the correct height and visually appealing too. By the way, the grab bars look nothing like regular grab bars! I love my new shower. I also love the lifetime guarantee for service and parts! If you are thinking about it, just call them!
We had our shower re-done and Bath World did a great job replacing it. They also helped us pick out a color/pattern that matched the existing colors in our bathroom and they colors they had were spot on. Everyone we worked with was very friendly and great customer sevice.
