I'm so disappointed in this company, we had them come to our home give us a price we paid a big deposit in the amount of $5,000.00 was promised the bathroom would be done. It has been 7 months no bathroom, no return call, no money back so far. This company is a big ripe off, don't trust them at all. If I could give a zero star I would. We are going to file a police report and talk to a lawyer to see how we can get out money back. It is so sad that people like this do things to hard working people like us.
Bath Wizard was fantastic from start to finish. I had a difficult bathroom remodel that I was having done for wheelchair accessibility. The project manager, Jim, took the time to come out to look at my bathroom and added advice to what the salesman told us. Our installer, Josh, was very easy to work with and has a great attention to details. I felt like tget really cared about their work and tge customer and nit just about the money. Have called repeatedly and left messages they do not return calls but there quick to take youre money
Although the product and installation went well after a glitch in the measurements, i am disappointed in the "after installation " service.
