We had a walkin tub installed over a year ago. There was no manual available at the time . We were promised one would be sent. I have sent numouous messages ,phone call and a letter. To date no manual. You would think for $35,000 we would be able to obtain a manual.
Didn't finish our bath, won't return calls. Shoddy work and very expensive only to be left high and dry literally.
They will not awnser the phone and will not return calls we have left messages
Horrible company. They take your money and then have no communication with you. I emailed, called, showed up at a location, couldn't get a return call. Still waiting on my bathroom!!! Finally hear from them with start date and now they are a no show. Just want my money back!!!!
Horrible company. They use scare tactics to convince people to renovate, way over charge and attempt to force an answer within the hour for a “discount”. If you say no they will call and harass you nonstop. Even if you request multiple times to be put on the do not call list.
