What a beautiful showroom. Nice selection and Mindy and Jamie are amazing to work with. No pressure and they actually care about your job. Not often seen in today's buisiness environment. Highly recommended !
We installed a carpet runner recently, and the whole process was seamless. Jaime was great at offering different solutions for an unusual layout. Mindy was wonderfully responsive, kept us in the loop throughout and even brought a few samples from Albany for us to check out. Mark's install was fast and extremely professional. Couldn't be happier.
Originally I felt that Hilda did a nice job working with us on our project and staying within a proposed budget. However, once we realized that the heating element under the mat didn't function, she was very difficult to admit fault on the installation end. She and her installer cited a lightening strike as the reason; however no other electricity issue was found in the house. She then requested we get an electrician to test the system.
