basically killed my grandmother cause they couldn’t be bothered to send of papers to get a camera down her throat, miserable staff, always moody with my nan, would be in great taste for them not to respond to this.
I was having trouble getting my medication. I called Bath Street to Ashk what I could do . The next day they called to tell me they had sorted it out with my pharmacy and I would get my medication delivered the next day. I was very grateful. Amazing service.
The worst GP ever. My wife took our baby to the doctor today for her scheduled vaccinations, but when she got there, the receptionisttoldher that the appointment had been cancelled just 2 days after we received the letter on 30th june. when she asked why she hadn't been informed about it earlier, the receptionist lied about it saying that someone else, not them(gp), cancels appointments in order to avoid the conversation. Rung up this morning for an appointment to be told to do go online triage which I didn't know about, then the receptionist spoke to me very rude all through the conversation and took my details and then put said we be intouch and put phone down on me, nasty receptionist that's not very Professional in caring for patients needs to be more polite when speaking to patients making me think what is happening to the appointment system and care to us
Absolutely worse surgery staff need to be fired and management needs to sort it out call ur self a surgery half of ur links don’t work how on earth can I book and appointment staff don’t help
