No wonder the dentist industry is as screwed as it is. I haven't even had my appointment yet, my issue is with the gent that keeps hanging up the phone and when he does answer isn't very helpfull and rude. Make me wonder do I trust them to actually to put me to sleep and do the operation. Update 2 Emergency dentist urgently needed as my tooth is bleeding and the pain is unreal fobbed off and hung up on me.

I contacted the out-of-hours doctor for my newborn, who has a cows' milk allergy that runs in our family. After nearly 24 hours of waiting, we were finally directed to Bath Street Health & Wellbeing Centre. Unfortunately, the experience was appalling. The doctor admitted they don’t usually see babies and didn’t even request my baby's red book. I pointed out that my baby was straining in pain, which he demonstrated during the appointment.
