My 97 year old mother has a severe mobility problem so I rang in advance to be able to access the entrance easily by using their driveway. They were fantastic and even shifted a car to ensure my mother would be able to get inside with minimal steps with her walker as every step is painful. This was extremely caring of them. You don’t get that very often these days. Full marks for wonderful staff. The treatment was also extremely helpful also and explanation of care, clear and reassuring.
I would never go any where else than this practice, they are so professional, and it's not all about getting money out of your wallets, they give 100% care and attention to their patients, if you need a dental clinic an honest one please come to this one, my husband first started as a patient, then I did and now our adult son! Thank you Bath Street Dental Clinic for such great service~!
Expensive and unreliable. I have been a loyal customer for over 50 years and enormously tolerant of their increasing arrogance but today they lost me as a customer forever.
This is the best dentist practice in the universe. The admin staff are great. Very professional standard. Dr Guy Freeman has been my dentist for more than twenty years. He’s kind and considerate, an outstanding dentist and a genuinely great human being. He will talk you through everything he’s doing. He will do everything he can within reason to save a tooth.
