I booked an appointment for a quote for a full bathroom refit. When they didn't show up I rang the office. Had to leave a message. Got a condescending voicemail back suggesting I had the day wrong. Once it was apparent that I hadn't there was no apology. Avoid this Company like the plague. Very unprofessional
