We’ve been paying $130 a month and for the last 6 months or more the gate has been broken so it’s just open to anyone. When we signed up we had our own key code to enter, and my stuff is ruined with water leaks, mold, and mouse poop. And there is a man living out of a unit with an aggressive dog that runs after your car barking. Very disappointed.
I had called bath self storage looking for a place to store some summer equipment on trailers for the winter, they were very helpful and made sure I was safely able to access my belongings in the winter. Staff was great to do buisness with id highly recommend using bath self storage. As I will again in the future!

From the beginning, I was apprehensive about using a storage facility due to the many horror stories I've heard—and unfortunately, this company ended up becoming one of them.
