From the beginning, I was apprehensive about using a storage facility due to the many horror stories I've heard—and unfortunately, this company ended up becoming one of them. We created an account online (super easy) and upon arriving at the site our unit was in use. Made a call, had an immediate return call, and the problem fixed right away with no fuss or issues. Really nice people too. Thank you! The site is convenient too.

My entire experience with Bath Self Storage was fantastic from start to finish. Renting my unit online was quick and easy. Access onto the site was always clear, even as winter moved in. The unit was clean and secure. Best of all, the customer service was outstanding. I had a few questions when I was ready to move out, and my phone call and e-mails were answered quickly, thoroughly, and with the kind personal touch that so many businesses lack!
