Brian was very helpful planning a new master bathroom in my home
Brian was great! Very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I feel comfortable choosing baths r us for our shower remodel
Brian came out and walked us through all their services. Also all of their products, what materials go into them and the science behind them. He was very friendly and answered all questions thoroughly. He made sure we felt safe and great with all of our choices and the money we were spending.
Brian came and spent a lot of time getting to know us and what we wanted out of the project. He was able to get us what we wanted and in the price we wanted it at. Update after install. Zero communication for weeks. I finally had to call to find out when our install date might be. Finally got a call that they were ready to install. 2 young men came and were very friendly. Brian was very professional and polite. He was able to get exactly what we want and was pleasant talking to. He kept us laughing while doing his job. I would definitely deal with him again.
