Overall, very pleased with the men who did the installation. Polite & respectful of our home. They should have started a few hours earlier in the second day. We wanted the insert installed horizontally, but it's vertical. Not real happy about that. We'll try to review the actual shower in a few weeks to see how we like the product. Update: Apparently the shower head has a "scald" filter. So, my showers are not as hot as I want them to be. We brought it up to the company that the insert shelves were installed incorrectly. It got off to a slow start due to some unforseen circumstances. But the work ended being fantastic and we really appreciated the professionalism
