We are so excited to begin our project with Baths R Us! So far we've experienced friendly and really prompt customer service from calling to book the appointment to the quote we got from Matt. He was kind, funny, and willing to work with us to design the shower we were looking for. I really appreciate the way the company operates and look forward to our bathroom when it's done!

This place is ridiculously aggressive with their sales cold calls. I called them and set up and appointment to give an estimate. I advised them that I cancelled the project and not to contact me again. I should have been put on their no call list. I guess they don't have one. After I cancelled and clearly told them I didn't want to be contacted again, they called and wanted to reschedule. I told the person on the phone that I had cancelled and asked to no be contacted again. They said okay and I hung up and blocked their num... read more
