My experience with Baths R Us has been wonderful! Everything was done as sales person said it would be. The two installers, Joe and Chase were extremely nice and excellent at what they do. And they were very patient answering my every question. Overall the bathtub and surround is beautiful and the whole process went very well. Five stars for looks and install. Millie

Andrew and Johnny did an outstanding job on our tub-to-shower conversion. They ran into some unanticipated structural unevenness in our older condo building but worked patiently to resolve the issue with the facility’s manager even though it cost them an extra day. In the end my husband and I are very pleased with the results!
The two Anthony's that did our installation were amazing. On time, professional, job well done and most importantly the cleanup. The only thing they left behind was our wonderful updated shower. Thanks Baths R Us
