I've been into Bath Power Equipment several times for chainsaw help. Each time I was ready to dump my old chainsaw and invest in a new one. Each time, the helpful staff helped me with my current chain saw (often at no charge when I needed help starting it). Today I was helped by Diego (who knows chain saws inside and out).
