I've been into Bath Power Equipment several times for chainsaw help. Each time I was ready to dump my old chainsaw and invest in a new one. Each time, the helpful staff helped me with my current chain saw (often at no charge when I needed help starting it). Today I was helped by Diego (who knows chain saws inside and out). He spent time getting my saw sorted out once again by a) testing it in the shop, b) telling me it was still a very good saw, c) making me a new chain and d) ordering a routine new replacement part.
