Jeff and Melissa and team were fantastic. They came in to improve the accessibility for a bathroom with a tub and rework it for an elderly lady. Jeff provided excellent advice that made the final implementation better then we would have designed ourselves. He worked to stay within budget and was able to accommodate a couple of extras by smartly planning resourcing. The work we had done by Bath Planet was even better than we envisioned! We needed a third bathroom added to our basement (which was already plummed) and Bath Planet made it a reality. From meeting Jeff at an Ottawa home show, to planning and completion, everything fell into place. Jeff helped us refine our vision with quality products and great selection. Melissa helped us with the administration and scheduling. Serge's workmanship brought it all together. All-in-all, a top notch experience from beginning to end.
Thank you Jeff, Melissa and Cory for the wonderful job you did in our bathroom. Every time I walk into it, I feel like I have walked into the bathroom of a luxury hotel. Cory's work was simply amazing. He is wonderful and his attention to detail is phenomenal. From visiting their booth at the fall home show to the finished product...THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH.
Where do I begin … I met Jeff and Melissa at the home show and was impressed from the beginning. I also met other dealers that were there (even if I knew I was going with bath planet) and they were fine but did not “wow” me like Jeff and Melissa did . My husband and I were happy with the consultation, Jeff provided, he steered us knowingly through the process and choices and provided a quote that he stuck with. He gave good advice and helped us achieve a lovely bathroom while staying within our budget. Melissa was incredibly pleasant and assisted with all our questions in a timely manner. Our installer Scott did an amazing job from start to finish, he is very skilled and he cleaned up nicely at the end of each day. We're glad to have chosen Bath Planet !
