Recently had our small bathtub/shower converted to a walk-in shower. Dealing with BathPlanet was great. Jeff was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting us to choose the proper style that matched our decor. Mellissa was very informative with communicating timelines and updates. We were very surprised by how simple Jeff was able to make things during the quote and scheduling process. The installation portion was equally simple and stress free. By the time James was finished the installation we felt like we had known him forever. The end result is exactly what we hoped for and we really can’t say good about these folks. I would definitely recommend them !!
This was the best experience EVER!! We renovated 2 bathrooms including turning one tub into an amazing stand up shower with a bench and the service was incredible.
