You know when you have the old jacuzzi tub that you will never use - and a small shower that is OK. We started thinking about replacing that jacuzzi with a large shower and looked at many companies before settling on Bath Planet of SW Virginia Roanoke. Bath Planet has their own workers, so who I get working on my bath is who you will get. Their schedule is about 6 months out because they are that good. We have nothing but praise for our tub replacement. Everything was upfront and clear from the beginning. Our salesman (Brandon) was polite and took a lot of time to find out exactly what we wanted and there was no high pressure sales. We had about a 6 month wait but it was worth it. The installers were polite, knowledgeable, respectful of us and our house and very hardworking. From the start of my bathroom project to the end I am so pleased with the outcome. The people who worked on the project were easy to talk to and to design the project. The workers took care in keeping things clean as the process went and we're very careful and cautious around my furniture and used covers for my floors. They answered all my questions as we went along. I added replacing my floor as the project was going on.
