From start to finish our experience with Bath Planet was easy and stress free. Our installer Colton did an excellent job. We not only had the tub replaced, we decided to have the entire bathroom redone. Colton was on time every day and took pride in his work!
You know when you have the old jacuzzi tub that you will never use - and a small shower that is OK. We started thinking about replacing that jacuzzi with a large shower and looked at many companies before settling on Bath Planet of SW Virginia Roanoke. Bath Planet has their own workers, so who I get working on my bath is who you will get. Their schedule is about 6 months out because they are that good. When Priscilla came to our home (right on time!) to talk with us about our tub conversion, she was an absolute gem, so helpful and so knowledgeable. We had our bathroom renovated. The installer, Jason, was polite, professional and competent. He answered all our questions and kept us informed of his progress. His work was flawless. Eventhough we felt the price was high, we were satisfied with the results.
