The initial appointment was great The two guts were very pleasant and knew their products. Explanations were through and clear. They offered a great deal. The installers were great, they did a great job and cleaned up really well. They were there when they said. Were very nice guys. My husband and I are very happy with our new shower stall. Other than having to wait five months to have the work done, I am extremely well pleased with Bath Planet. From the initial planning to completion the personnel were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I am thrilled with the completed job!
