Very impressed so far with Bath Planet! Frank was so friendly and helpful during my initial inquiry call to the Lynchburg office. When Priscilla came to our home (right on time!) to talk with us about our tub conversion, she was an absolute gem, so helpful and so knowledgeable. It gave us tremendous confidence that Bath Planet could deliver the high quality, yet basic set up we were looking for. Edit : Bath Planet is under new (better) management now. I'm a little sad this version of Bath Planet didn't exist yet when I contracted with them, but for you (reading this review), they could be great! I contracted with them in 2021 for a barn door shower, and bathroom remodel. At that time, they did not do what I would call amazing work. Since then, they have come out to fix the problems that were caused, at no charge, and it looks great. Bumping this up to five stars.
We didn't have work done yet, but had a consultation with Priscilla. She was very helpful and informative. She helped discuss the pros and cons with a lot of honesty. She didn't pressure us and even told us she could refer us to another renovator if she didn't have exactly what we were looking for since we were leaning towards colors that only work with tile. She had some very good options that mimicked a tile look though so shes definitely someone we would be happy to work with if we decide to go that direction!
Beautiful products, incredible installer. Very professional, helpful. Jason was awesome!
The whole process was comfortable. The salesperson was not pushy and Mitchell the installer was professional but personal. The work was done timely and correctly. Could not ask for more.
