Jason did a fantastic job. I am very pleased with my bathroom remodel.
We had our bathroom renovated. The installer, Jason, was polite, professional and competent. He answered all our questions and kept us informed of his progress. His work was flawless. Eventhough we felt the price was high, we were satisfied with the results.
I would highly recommend bath planet.the installer Colton was the best very polite and courteous.if I needed another shower I would go with Bath planet and ask for Colton..Great Job yall.
Very impressed so far with Bath Planet! Frank was so friendly and helpful during my initial inquiry call to the Lynchburg office. When Priscilla came to our home (right on time!) to talk with us about our tub conversion, she was an absolute gem, so helpful and so knowledgeable. Edit : Bath Planet is under new (better) management now. I'm a little sad this version of Bath Planet didn't exist yet when I contracted with them, but for you (reading this review), they could be great! I contracted with them in 2021 for a barn door shower, and bathroom remodel. At that time, they did not do what I would call amazing work. Since then, they have come out to fix the problems that were caused, at no charge, and it looks great. Bumping this up to five stars.
