Shockingly indifferent customer service
Can't reach them and it took 3 days to finish
The product was good. I was disappointed when with the terms of the financing. We were told no interest if we paid it off by February which my wife and I fully planned to do. We called Mosaic to find the exact day and we're informed that it had past already, January 6th. They didn't even install the product until the middle of March. Well we reached out to them and more or less were told to take it up with the lender which we never had spoken until that day. I was blown away by the service we received start to finish. We had a set budget and they were able to give us a quote we felt comfortable with saying yes! The installation was quick and clean. Absolutely love our new bathroom, thank you!!
