I paid a down payment with Department of Veterans Affairs grant $3400 on 29 Aug 24, I have requested cancellation and a refund as my project materials have still not been dispatched as of 9 October 24. The VA is requesting a refund of the grant money and Barry Horton has refused to give any of the company contact information. I’m a 100% disabled retired veteran of 20 years and this seems like I got duped out the money.
The bath planet team changed how our tub and shower looked completely! We couldn’t be happier with the new elevated look and friendly service. Barry is the most professional non-pushy sales rep we have ever met and was so easy to work with. Highly recommend! We will be working with them again in the future on other projects.
