Our bathroom remodeling was a seamless and pain free process. The results were amazing and we love it. Max, our project manager, is always on top of things and keeps us posted on updates and changes. Luis and his crew were meticulous and took huge pride in their work. Most importantly, they also took great care of all our personal belongings, minimizing dust generation and putting up barriers whenever possible. Thank you so much guys for your hard work!
Very rude sexist interaction with Luke when getting a quote. I let them know I was the homeowner and primary decision maker and they kept probing to see if anyone else might be around. I said my husband may be available and then basically insisted he be there the make decisions. Sexist interactions will not get my business!
Got my shower replaced and the final product looks good but the process to get there was very difficult. There were some issues with the pipes leaking the day after installation, which happens understandably, and they resolved the issue eventually but had a bad experience with the contractor who was at times rude and even made me lose an entire day waiting for him (was supposed to come in the morning to wrap up some stuff but ended up showing up at 4pm). Will probably not go with them for my second bathroom
I never knew a bathroom could look so good! Max and his staff just completed a remodel on our downstairs bathroom and I am simply in awe of the work that they did. Our home was built in the 1960's and this is the original bathroom that was built with the home. We had some water seepage under the toilet and after talking with a plumber, it was suggested we just save the money on the plumbing work and do a remodel. Crooks! $23,000 to remove a bath tub and install an acrylic shower stall in 2 days.... Total bullshit... In other states $10-$14K max! They only quote the job price and not parts, material and labor... Don't get conned into their 90 minutes appointments for what should be 10 minutes of your time.... You won't get that time back! Quit giving these companies your business... It only justifies their theft!
