Working with True North was positive, easy and they were very knowledgable. The crew was so professional, helpful and efficient. I will totally refer True North Kitchen and Bath to friends and family.
The job was completed in 5 days and the results are beautiful. Avel, the installer, was very easy to work with.
I had a really frustrating experience with True North Kitchen and Bath. Their sales reps were super pushy right from the start, trying to get us to sign without even really listening to what we wanted. They kept throwing around this “lifetime warranty” line, which sounded good at first, but when you really look at it, it felt like just a sales tactic to cover up how cheap their materials were.
