Worked with Jim Grant throughout the entire process of quoting and finalizing design of walk in shower. He was very professional and helped answer questions during installation and beyond.
True North installed a walk-in tub complete with wall surrounds etc, in my mother's bathroom. It did take a bit longer than expected but this was due to shipping delays and also a defective bathtub that needed to be fixed in order to work properly. Everyone that took part in this installation was very friendly and very efficient and extremely nice to my mom, they even took her trashcans out for her on trash day. I would use them again when any other remodeling is needed.
The project in my bathroom remodel went extremely well . Ceasar , Matt and everyone else that had a hand in this project were nothing but positive !! Thank you all again !!
I was referred to True North Kitchen and Bath through the Home Depot. I was contacted by Chris pretty quickly and we got the ball rolling. I had a general idea of what I wanted for my kitchen remodel. Chris was professional and helpful and guided me along the way to make a gorgeous design and budget conscious. I love my new kitchen. Beware of the “warranty” TLDR: Shower door they installed with remodel exploded on our son, took over 2 months to replace, and I experienced the worst customer service ever! We had our bathtub done in Jun ‘23 and everything went great. We paid more than we had originally planned but we thought that going through NorCal (this business’ former name) was worth it bc of the warranty. Fast forward to Oct ‘25 and my teenage son is in the bathroom and all of a sudden we hear a big boom and the sound of glass shattering. I PANICKED ... read more
