Very professional, thorough and customer focused. Financing did not work out for us this time, but I will keep him in mind for future projects. Highly recommend Mark Ashton for his straight talk and honest approach to customer service. He did a great job leading us through the options and sharing details about the company and products.

I gave them my downpayment in november and they told me it would be done by christmas. February came around and I called them they said they were waiting for a part. Late February they finally scheduled the shower replacement. I never got a call from them the entire time I did all the calling. Glass was supposed to be installed in 7 to 10 days.
