I am a paralyzed veteran in a wheelchair. This October we hired bath make over to redo our existing shower and put in a shower that I could roll into with my shower wheelchair. We waited until they finally started our work this January 19th 2026. The 1st day , they got here at 10:00am had my old shower tore out and started redoing my plumbing for the new shower. Service was absolutely wonderful. I checked the prices of numerous companies and Bath makeover had the best prices with the meat workmanship. Would definitely use again.

Still waiting to get my bathroom done. Disappointed they made us believe they would get it done before my knee surgery. Now I have to use another bathroom that isn't quite safe to use. I would tell folks to make sure its in the contract when they will get it done. The cost isn't cheap either. Very poor in keeping you informed. I had to call them.

Expert craftmanship and very polite crew. They addressed any concern I had and were willing to explain the process to me. Very satisfied with my new shower and would use them again.

This company is so great to work with. They are very friendly, almost like family. I broke my hip and needed modifications on my shower two years after the remake. Without any reluctance or hesitation, they made the necessary changes perfectly, and even called me on their cell phone to remind me to be careful! Great folks!
