I had to have knee surgery in February and I was having a very hard time climbing over the bathtub, we also still have pink tile in there so we figured we could at least get some estimates. We heard on the radio about a promotion Bath Makeover was running so they were one of the places we got a quote from, we liked that they had a price lock guarantee and were not as high pressure. After reviewing the 3 quotes, we liked them best and called them to move forward. I like that they are local and have a better warranty.

We signed a contract 1/13/2022 to have a shower installed in our new master bathroom. It took 5 months for them to start the job and another 3 months to try and finish it. The shower is not usable due to Bath Makeover NOT completing the job per the contract. The contact shows and reads 2 glass sliding Cayman doors. We only received one sliding door and it is on the wrong end and does not allow safe access to the shower. Bath make over said there is nothing that can be done and we will just have to live with it. We started this process in Aril 2022 and finally finished in October 2022. Though the quality of the actual products provided by Bath Makeover of Arkansas seems to be fine, And as they pointed out several times they did fulfill the contract, I can't say the same for their workmanship. The lack of communication from Josh the Operation manager and Ron the owner was very disappointing along with the lack of costumer support. Not returning calls for weeks at a time was ridiculous and bad costumer support on the company’s part. T... read more

I entered into a contract on the 2nd of June for a complete bath remodel, shower, vanity top and walk in tub, I was required a deposit of $9500.00 for the job.
