Horrible Experiences – I am in total agreement with the review that was written in August 2011. I loooooved BJ as they started in Arkansas. I have supported them since moving to Dallas. I no longer will support the lone store in the metroplex. Amber, the owner talked down to me and did not treat me like a customer. I guess she forgot that we are the ones that keep them in business. Owner is AWFUL – If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service was horrible. Today was my third visit to this place, and every time the owner has had a bad attitude. The first time, I went in looking for something specific. She said she ordered them, and everything else in the order had come in, but not this. They should be in "soon".
