Bath Genie recently finished a shower installation for my parents. The walls do not fit to the ceiling evenly all the way around, and the hole for the shower control was cut incorrectly. All of these gaps were filled in with white caulk which is very obvious. A really poor installation for such an expensive project! I would not recommend them.
Bethany was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of building codes and regulations, excellent detail and beautiful design ideas I never would have thought of. The crew was clean and professional.
Bath Genie replaced my garden tube with a large walk-in show. It was installed professionally at a very good price.
Working with Bath Genie was quite pleasant. They were responsive to my inquiry to remove a tub and give us an ADA recommended low curb shower. The shower is gorgeous and feel that we got a very good value and made our shower safer.
