As someone who has lived attached to the store for less than 6 months, the employees seem to be friendly to your face but refuse to cooperate with simple respectful requests (like not banging so hard pictures fall and my children can’t sleep, using the correct garbage bins, and not blocking us from parking our car). This is my last attempt in hopes they see this and realize how hard they’ve made day to day life with children. I recently visited Bath Gallery to buy a light fixture, and Love assisted me during my visit. He was extremely well-mannered, polite, and professional throughout the entire experience. I have been to many lighting stores before, but this was by far the best experience I’ve had, all because of Love’s excellent customer service.
They have lots of variety of everything. I bought a couple of faucets from them. Highly recommend
