My hot tub stopped working recently and, after trying some solutions I found on the web, I couldn't get it back up and running. I called several Chicagoland hot tub and pool repair places but only *** called me back. He discussed the issue with me and quickly (and correctly) diagnosed the problem as a fuse and told me how I could inexpensively repair it myself. Bob had excellent customer service skills; very people oriented. He was able to answer questions. Bob was extremely knowledgeable about jacuzzi bathtubs. He even went the extra distance to answer questions afterwards through texting. We will definitely tell others about Bathtub Gallery/ Bob the owner.

I had debris in my hot tub over a few months. The manufacture was of no help. I contacted Bath Gallery with this issue thinking I needed a service call. Speaking with Bob, he gave me an option try prior to spending $ on a service call. He talked for 1/2 hour, explaining what & why I was having the debris if it was what he thought. Suggesting better spa chemicals & maintenance routine to help the longevity of my tub.

I contacted Bath Gallery with an emergency as my hot tub kept blowing the circuit breaker feeding it. Bob worked to schedule an appointment and personally walked me through steps to "save my pool" until he could arrive a few days later. I appreciated the time and advice, and I would highly recommend this company!
