Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication. I requested my deposit back well within the 3-day cancellation window and was completely ignored. Out of frustration, I tried contacting them from a different email, pretending to ask about a consultation—and they replied almost instantly. Clearly, they pick and choose who to respond to. I can’t recommend this company based on my experience. Still hoping they’ll do the right thing and resolve this properly.
So technician tom english came to do an estimate on bathroom, he was very knowledgeable on topic of leak, remodeling, and water damage. Got a great quote and for the bathroom. I really liked the materials that were brought up. I am really excited to see how this is going to be.
