Being ignored after requesting deposit back during 3 day cancellation period. Reached out via another email to falsely “inquire about consultation” and they responded immediately. Do not recommend. Hopefully they will respond and remedy this.
Worse company After 15 days of installation I discovered a leak that ruined my vanity And some of the tiles were pushing up I called them and let them what happened I was told that they were short handed they will get back to me 15 days I called again I was told by the rep The person in charge of my issue was not available She will pass the message that was the end of Dec 2024 Till now Jan 30 th 3025 , no words from This is the worse company ever
put a tub in December 23 rd haven't had water in it wet leaks out the door new seal on door 1/22/25 still leaks plus water now leaking from underneath paid cash for this tub and have yet been able to use it been 6 weeks now for a one day installation
