My parents had a tub replaced several years ago. They were originally quoted "a few days". First day was removal of existing. Next day the technician showed up with the new tub, unboxes it and oops, it's a right hand drain instead of a left hand drain. And they didn't have any left hand drain in stock? Update. Shower wasn’t finished and told they would send out another guy soon to finish the walls on top and the wall hiding the plumbing. I’ve called numerous times over 6 months and nothing. For 15000 dollars it should be done and perfect and not blown off like old crazies I’m Love the look of the shower it’s huge. The installer was so friendly and explained everything in detail. Jeremy did a good job of installing our new walk-in shower. He was very pleasant and gave good advice on the placement of some of the features we chose. He was very neat in his work and left no messes.
Our installer did a great job. He was great to be around while he worked. The job looks perfect.
