We have a number of rental properties that we have used Bath Fitter to replace the tub. The finished product was excellent. Not often have we required after installation support but when we have it was fast, friendly and at no charge.
We met Scott at the Sarnia home show Very outgoing and very knowledgeable. My wife and her mom who lives with us are both bath people so getting a new tub was priority. Appointment was made and Scott explained everything to us in laymen terms. The total costs was below what we hoped for and now we just wait for the big day. Very pleased do far with Scott and bathfitters Will add to this when work is completed. So far so good
I was surprised when I noted cracks in my two-year old bathroom wall that had been installed by Bath Fitters. When I called for help, I received a promise to have it addressed promptly. A date was set to have the bathroom measured. The employee arrived on time and was pleasant and efficient. When an appointment was set to reinstall the unit, the crew arrived on time and were gracious, including spending a few moments with my recently rescued dog. Bathfitter first forgot to put in our order. A month after ordering, I asked my contractor to check on it when it was discovered that their was a clerical error and the order was never placed after the deposit was given. It took another month to get it. We were told the installer was coming between 9am and 10am on Friday, April 11. At noon, when no one was here yet, they were called to say they had another clerical error and the person would be there at 2pm. He came shortly after 2pm.
