The person, Eric Cera, was fast and very good. It took less time than promised, and the job is perfect. He also did a good job with cleaning up.
The installers arrived as scheduled and worked efficiently throughout the day, tearing out my old shower and replacing with a new one that looks beautiful. They cleaned up the work zone thoroughly and went over the new installation with me before leaving for the day. The crew was very neat in appearance and very polite. I'm very pleased with the work they did.
Sean Whitley was fantastic he was very professional, very neat and tidy. He knows his job and works with confidence. Bath fitters on the other hand lied about how long it would take and what time someone would be here. Sean was headed this way and had to detour because another customer had problems with an install that another person did. They never told us that we couldn’t use it for 48 hrs. I would give the installer 5 stars and the company 2 stars.
For the positive: Services provided by Sean Whitley was very well done and he is very knowledgeable in his profession. He explained the installation process as he went through the steps of the installation, I highly recommend his services on construction projects. For the negative: Not sure who is responsible for scheduling but as advertised it is supposed to be a one day installation, as it turns out we are two days in and having to schedule a third day because of a error when the original order was done.
