Great experience all the way around, from sales and selecting the product, to the demo and installation. Eric was courteous and professional when doing the demo and installation. We greatly appreciated the extra effort taken to protect the floors and the rest of the house while doing the work as well as the cleanup. I am making this review immediately after the install. The product looks great and will nicely complement the rest of the bathroom remodel. Will review as needed once the shower has been used for a while.
We just had 2 showers and a tub/shower combo replaced. From the initial call, to the completed project it has gone smoothly. Jorge our salesman is extremely knowledgeable, polite and thorough. The communication from Olga, the office manager, was spot on. Erik the tech that did our basement shower is super. His attitude, politeness and most of all professionalism on the job is outstanding. We had 2 of our 3 bathroom showers remodeled. Our master bathroom had a tiny shower and a big jacuzzi tub. The tub was used only a couple of times by my husband. It was big and costly. We had the tub removed and a big shower put in. It's beautiful. Getting older we needed hand rails and also had a bench installed. My husband loves using the handheld shower. The installer, Erik Cera came a little before eight and left a little before three having done a great job. We left in the original tub and he installed everything else. We only had a tub and now we have a tub and shower! Very very nice guy! He was very knowledgeable about everything about the install and everything else required to make it work. Seemed a little pricey, but I think it’s worth it.
