Our whole experience with everyone from the sales person, the installer, and the office were above average. They did the job with exactness and cleanliness. Everything looks great. Even coordinating our bathroom fixtures was great. Our disappointments have been that even though we were asked where we wanted the grab bars we didn’t realize the one would end up so close to the shower door frame that it is almost unusable. The old fiberglass shower was cut up and taken out. The new shower was professionally and precisely installed. Our questions were answered fully. It may have taken weeks to get all the parts ready but the wait was worth it. The install took only 7 hours and it will add thousands to the value of our home. Thanks BathFitter.
We had a really great experience with Bath Fitter. They responded to my online inquiry within 24 hours and then send Dallin to get us an estimate a couple of days later. He was really knowledgeable and helpful, but not pushy at all. Bath Fitter was able to get us on the schedule three weeks after that and our installer Erik did an incredible job.
